Jeanne B. Snow

Jeanne B. Snow, 88 years, passed away on March 20, 2012 at Century Pines Assisted Living, Ozark, MO.

Jeanne was born June 15, 1923 in Plymouth, CA to John and Matilda (Helbing) Beaver.

On November 25, 1949 Jeanne and Chester M. Snow were united in marriage in Las Vegas, NV. Jeanne and Chester moved to Ava, MO in 1964 after Chester retired from the U.S. Air Force. Jeanne enjoyed taking care of her animals. She loved going to Lil's Cafe for breakfast and coffee with her friends. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Chester in 1995, an infant daughter and a brother, Perry Beaver.

Jeanne is survived by three children, Dale Plumb, Apache Junction, AZ, Charlene (Snow) Sherrill, Sparta, MO and Verne Snow, Ava, MO, a special granddaughter who helped caretake her grandmother, Amy (Morrison) Kipper, Springfield, MO, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Jeanne will be Saturday, March 24, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with burial in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. Family requests memorials to ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
