Karie Gail Hanger

Karie Gail Hanger, 32 years, 3 months, and 18 days old, passed away on August 19, 2012 at her home in Kimberling City, MO.

Karie was born May 1, 1980 in Mansfield, MO to Geoff and Betty Jean (Rosseau) DeChenne. She had graduated from Mansfield High School.

Karie was a resident of Kimberling City, MO for the past few years moving from Mansfield, MO. She had worked as a Dental Assistant for a short time in Springfield, MO. She had also worked as a hostess in Branson, MO.

She was a Christian since she was a little girl and had been attending church. Karie enjoyed volunteer work and cooking. She had a giving heart. Karie loved spending time with her children and was dearly loved by all her family.

Karie was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nellie (Blakey) Rosseau, grandparents, Irving & Barbara (Dickinson) DeChenne and an aunt, Becky DeChenne.

Karie is survived by her parents Betty Jean DeChenne, Branson, MO, Geoff C. DeChenne, Kimberling City, MO, three children, Justice DeChenne, Branson, MO, Lane and Sean Hanger both of Mansfield, MO, one sister & husband, Jayme & Tommy Keith, Mansfield, MO, grandparents, Delmar & Margaret Rosseau, Ava, MO, one niece & husband, Brittany & Andy Mayberry, aunts & uncle, Beth Stafford, Diane Naugle, Frank & Velma Rosseau and many other relatives and friends.

Graveside services for Karie will be Tuesday, August 21, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at the Spring Creek Cemetery, Ava, MO with Rev. David Wilson officiating. Memorials may be made to the family as a love offering. Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
