Ginnie was a very special lady who impacted others with her sweet smile, and caring attitude wherever she was. My first experiences with Ginnie were around St Clair, MO-Lewis Cafe and during my first years teaching at Diamond School and LoneDell School when it was located near Williams store. She was always helping someone!
After Luther and I moved to Tecumseh, our paths crossed again at the Senior Center, Frugal Foodies Group, and Ministerial Alliance Thanksgiving services where she actively encouraged people to give generously to help meet needs in our area!
She was collecting recipes for a cookbook for St Williams. I had just returned from a visit with family around St Clair, and had obtained the recipe for Lewis Cafe famous coconut cream pie. She told me"That goes in our cookbook!"
Although we will miss Ginnie, her smiles and laughter, I can only imagine the glory and joy she experienced as she entered Heaven!
