Addisyn May Louise Perry, 3 days old, passed to be with Jesus on January 26, 2022 at Mercy Children's Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri with her parents, Montana and James by her side.

Addisyn was born January 23, 2022 in Kansas City, MO to James Perry and Montana Lea LeVelle.

She was preceded in death by great grandparents Mary Lou & Jacob Bollinger and W.J. & Judy LeVelle.

Addisyn is lovingly survived by her parents, James and Montana, a sister, Bethany Randolph, a brother, Hunter Perry, grandparents; Amanda & Brian LeVelle and Lon & Carmen Perry, great grandparents, Tim & Karla Stinnett, her aunt Sarah, her uncles, Sam, Stetson and Gus, several cousins and other family members.

Cremation services for Addisyn are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Memorials can be made in her memory to the Ronald McDonald House in the Springfield, MO area to www.rmhcozarks.org .
