Allen Harding Bloomquist, 54 years, passed away on January 30, 2010 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, MO.
Allen was born July 24, 1955 in Grand Rapids, MI to Richard and Marguarite (Stelle) Bloomquist.
Allen was a resident of Ava since 2006 moving from Cleveland, OH. He was a Quality Control Manager in a Foundry near Cleveland. Allen enjoyed working on computers. In his younger years, he enjoyed diving, canoeing, camping and traveling.
An achievement he delighted in the most, was getting to farm in the Ava area.
Allen was preceded in death by his mother, Marguarite Bloomquist.
Allen is survived by his father, Richard Bloomquist, Cleveland, OH, his living partner, Margaret Gibson, Ava, MO, two brothers, Tim Bloomquist, Massillon, OH and Rick Bloomquist, Miami, FL.
Cremation services for Allen are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
