ANNA LEA LARSON
Anna Lea Larson, 81, of Gainesville, MO passed to heaven on October 25, 2014 at her residence. She was born on November 5, 1932 in Tecumseh, MO, the daughter of Cleo and Birdie (Warren) White.
Anna worked for many years at Baxter Lab in Mountain Home, AR. She enjoyed gardening and tending to her flowers. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family more than anything and was very proud of her kids and grandkids. Anna was a Christian and a member of the Lilly Ridge General Baptist Church. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her five children J.W. Cowart, Kathy Cowart, Marilyn White, Diana Woodward and Jeff Cowart; 12 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands Walter Cowart in 1977 and Robert Larson in 2000; and two brothers James Lee White and Jerry Ray White.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, October 31, 2014 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel, Gainesville, MO with Dale Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Lilly Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday afternoon from 1 p.m. to service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to St Jude Children's Hospital; 501 St Jude Place; Memphis, TN 38015-1942 or left at the funeral home.
