Anna Lucille "Lucy" Jones

Anna Lucille Jones, 69 years, 11 months, 14 days old, passed away on December 29, 2023 at her home.

Lucy was born January 15,1954 in Gainesville, Missouri to Charles and Willow Mae (Mahan) Satterfield.

On September 14, 1974, Lucy and Mike Jones were united in marriage in Borger, Texas.  Together they had five children, Becky, Sondra, Christie, Kenneth and Robert.

She was a Christian and attended Mansfield Freewill Baptist Church and Quail Valley Freewill Baptist Church.  Lucy was a very good cook. She enjoyed watching old westerns, crocheting, and playing the autoharp.  One of her favorite things to do was playing with her grandchildren.

Anna was preceded in death by her parents; Charles and Willow Mae Satterfield; husband, Mike; son, Kenneth; and great granddaughter, Kimber Wilhite.

Anna is survived by her children and their spouses, Becky and Ross Hutsell, Sondra and Anthony McCord, Christie and Jack Vauter,and Robert and Alisha Jones; daughter in law, Alison Jones; twenty grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Anna will be Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel in Ava, Missouri. Visitation will be prior to the service at 10:00 A.M. Officiating will be Pastor Robert Jones.
