Annabelle Adams

Annabelle Adams, 83 years, 6 months, 9 days old, passed away on May 2, 2017 at the Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center in Ava, MO.

Annabelle was born October 23, 1933 in Thornfield, MO to Basil Guy and Alma Ellen (Johnson) Haskins.

Annabelle attended Thornfield Grade School and graduated from Gainesville High School in 1951.

Annabelle was a retired Machinist from Western Electric in Lee's Summit, MO. She had worked there for over 30 years.

Annabelle was married to Marion Henry Lind and to this union one son, Michael Lind was born. Later on she married Tom Adams, firefighter of Kansas City, MO. They both preceded her in death. Annabelle was a Christian and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed attending music gatherings with Junior, caring for her yard and flowers, and she loved her dogs! Her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Annabelle was preceded in death by parents, her husbands, and a brother, Guy Haskins.

Annabelle is survived by one son, Michael Lind, Nottinghill, MO, granddaughters, Molly Charchol and husband, Jeffrey, Battlefield, MO and Megan Harley, Marshfield, MO, four great grandchildren, Kyle, Evan, Bentley, and Maddox, one brother and wife, Howard & Leah Haskins, Thornfield, MO, her sister-in-law, Faith Haskins, Thornfield, MO, her best friend, Junior Lawrence, Bradleyville, MO, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.


Funeral services for Annabelle will be Friday, May 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with burial following in the Thornfield Cemetery, Thornfield, MO. Visitation will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. to service time in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Vernon Fuller. Memorials may be made to Thornfield Cemetery.
