Annette Dorothy (Jagor) Rosenquist, 84, passed away on September 16, 2020 in Mountain Home, AR. She was born February 08, 1936 to Bruce Raymond Jagor and Anna Marie (Hohn) Jagor in Chicago, IL.
She graduated from the St. Scholastica academy in Chicago, IL in 1953. Following graduation, she attended Iowa State University in Ames Iowa prior to her marriage to Bruce David Rosenquist, also of Chicago, IL. On July 07, 1956 Bruce and Annette were united in marriage in Chicago. They were married for 55 years.
From the Chicago area, they moved to Atlanta, GA., Haddonfield, NI., and then back to the northern suburbs of Chicago in Skokie, Morton Grove, and Evanston, IL., before settling in mid-Missouri where Bruce pursued further advanced degrees in addition to his doctorate of veterinary medicine. Prior to that he served as a commissioned epidemic intelligence officer for the CDC. When Bruce and Annette located back to the Chicago area, he went into private practice, and Annette did all of his book keeping and assisted at his veterinary clinic. They had started a family and Annette became a full-time homemaker. After many years of teaching, research, and raising a family, Bruce and Annette retired to the beautiful Ozarks region of southern Missouri to Isabella in 1992. Annette especially enjoyed cultivating flowers, landscaping, boating on the beautiful lakes, and entertaining friends and family. She and Bruce enjoyed many wonderful years in their lakeside home.
Annette was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Bruce David Rosenquist, two brothers Sgt Thomas R. Jagor, Dr. Bruce R. Jagor, and brother in-law Dr. Russell G Rosenquist. She is survived by a son Eric of Columbia, MO, a daughter Jill of Mountain Home, AR; and brother in law Dr. Robert Rosenquist (Debi) of Lamoille, NV; and a host of nephews and nieces.
A private service will be held September 22, 2020 with interment in the Lutie Cemetery in Theodosia, MO. Arrangements are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
