Arzola Phillips, Gainesville, MO, daughter of Zach and Ella (Callaway) Chipwood was born May 13, 1924 in Wisconsin and passed away November 19, 2008 in Pierce City, MO at the age of 84 years.

She married Irving William Phillips on July 29, 1942 in Madison, WI and to this union six children were born. Her husband Irving passed away in January of this year.

Mrs. Phillips is survived by her children Lynn Eastling of Pierce City, MO, Sharon Johnson of Mount Vernon, MO, William Phillips of Phoenix, AZ, David Phillips of Phoenix, AZ, Sarah Phillips of Forsyth, MO, and Raymond Phillips of Watoma, WI; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and one sister Molly Vincent of Gainesville, MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and six brothers and sisters.

Services will be Saturday, November 22, 2008, 11:00 AM at the Kingdom Hall in Gainesville, MO. Interment will be in the Gainesville Cemetery.
