Barbara June McLean McGee passed away on December 25, 2018, in Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, Missouri. Barbara was born on February 25, 1937, in Wenatchee, Washington to Ralph Glessner and Annabel Eliza (Moorman) McLean. On January 28, 1956, Barbara married William Lyle McGee in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and had three sons, Richard "Rick" (Cheryl) McGee, Gregory "Greg" McGee and Keith (Shannan) McGee.

Barbara was a long time educator at Gainesville High School and pushed her students to be the best they could be. Barbara and Lyle spent most of their married life in the Mammoth, Missouri, area.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband Lyle, granddaughters Lee and Lynn McGee, her parents and sisters Doris McLean Steele, Danna McLean Anderson and Lauren McLean.

Barbara is survived by her three sons, 9 grandchildren Scott (Amanda) McGee, Amanda (Andy) Hedgpeth, Casey McGee, Chris McGee, Jillian (McGee) Hodge, Kalyn McGee, Lakyn McGee, Easton McGee and McCartnie McGee, 6 great-grandchildren, brothers Jack McLean and Dick McLean and sisters, Odell (McLean) Nelson and Jean (McLean) Hanford.

Burial will be at Mammoth Cemetery, Mammoth, Missouri. No services are planned.
