Bertha Ileen Cooley, 75 years, passed away on March 8, 2012 at Mercy Hospital, Springfield, MO.
Ileen was born January 24, 1937 in Garrison, MO to Buster and Mary (Coffer) Cobb.
Ileen was a Homemaker and resident of Springfield since 1974 moving from West Plains, MO. On December 24, 1974 Ileen and Jesse Cooley were united in marriage in Springfield, MO. Ileen enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers, camping and going to yard sales.
Ileen was preceded in death by her parents.
Ileen is survived by her husband, Jesse Cooley, Springfield, MO, one daughter, Tammy Quick, Springfield, MO, two grandchildren, Michael and Lori Faye, one brother, Doin Bradley, two sisters, Faye Thornton and Melva Brashear, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Ileen will be Saturday, March 10, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at the Eaton Cemetery, east of Ava. Officiating will be Rev. Don Hamby. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
