Betty Bricker, 75 years, 10 months, 4 days old, passed to Heaven on September 29, 2020 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo.
Betty was born November 25, 1944 in Ava, Mo to Lowell and Annie (Vanwinkle) Jones.
Betty Jones and Tommy Bricker were united in marriage in Kirbyville, Missouri and to this union two children were born.
Betty was a devote Christian and attending the Roy Union Church for many years. She loved reading her Bible.
Betty enjoyed her jigsaw puzzles and working in her flower garden.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Tommy Bricker, one grandson, Chris Petro, one great-grandson, Malachi Petro, one daughter-in-law, Mealonie Bricker, and one step-grandson, Christopher Malley.
Betty is survived by her son and his wife, Melvin and Amy Bricker, her daughter, Deborah Petro, three grandchildren and their spouses, Aaron and Jessica Bricker, Amanda and Luke Nicholson, and Michael Petro, two great-grandchildren, Kyle Bricker and Mason Petro, three step-grandchildren, Jeremiah Malley and wife, Kara, Kelsey Caudill, and Dilyan Caudill, three step-great-grandchildren, Khylei Caudill, Jakob Fath, and Owen Fath, one brother and his wife, Robert and Phyllis Jones, many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Betty will be Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel; Ava, Missouri with burial will be in the Mt Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, October 5, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Pastor James Hathcock.
Memorials may be made to The Gideons International or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
