BETTY LUCILLE PUCKETT
Betty Lucille Puckett, 88, of Kansas City, MO passed away on November 8, 2013 at the Clinton Care & Rehab Center in Plattsburg, MO. She was born on February 9, 1925 in Chadwick, MO, the daughter of Samuel and Lizzie Smart.
On April 9, 1941 Betty was united in marriage to James Fred Puckett in Ozark County, MO. To this union one son was born, James W. Puckett. Betty spent most of her life in the Kansas City area. She worked for many years as a cook. Her husband James preceded her in death in 1993.
Betty is survived by her son James Puckett of Kansas City, MO.
A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, November 14, 2013 in the Sims Cemetery with Tim Andrews officiating. Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
