Bobby "Bob" Wayne Lane

Bobby Wayne Lane, 74 years, 6 months, and 13 days old, passed to Heaven on November 19, 2015 at his home in Ava.
Bob was born May 6, 1941 in Hurley, MO to Clyde and Etta (Pendergrass) Lane. He graduated from Billings High School in Billings, MO.
Bob was a resident of the Ava community. He was a retired beef farmer.
On March 10, 1984 Bob and Edith Wood were united in marriage in Lampe, MO.
Bob was a Christian and attended the Goodhope Nazarene Church.
He loved working on his tractor, his farm and working with his cattle. He also loved visiting with people.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, several brothers and sisters and a granddaughter, Misty Lane.
Bob is survived by his wife, Edith Lane, Ava, MO, a son and wife, Mike & Nancy Lane, Ava, MO, a step son, Danny Jackson, Springfield, MO, two grandchildren, Kelly Ivie and Tracy Lane, eight great grandchildren, three sisters, Beulah, Patsy Harter and Dorothy Witty, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services for Bob will be Monday, Nov. 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Assoc.
