Brian Keith King, 54 years and 3 months, passed away on April 6, 2019 at 4:05 pm  at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO following a long illness.

Brian was born January 6, 1965 in Wyandotte County, Kansas to William James King and Penny Barnett.

Brian was a loving fiancé.  He was an avid scrapper and very friendly to everyone.  He enjoyed going out looking for scrap metal.  He would walk up and down the road collecting cans and other scrap.  He would help anyone out that he could.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Cricket King, and brother, Eric King.

He is survived by his fiancé, Michelle Lane, Ava, his daughter, Karen King Maynard and grandson, Ian, his son, Thomas Maynard and granddaughter, Keeley all of Minnesota, his brothers, Richard King and Brandy Lawler, Iowa, Terry King and wife, Kansas, William James King and wife, Independence, MO, Dusty King of Kansas and many more uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be made to his fiancé as a love offering.  Cremation services are being provided by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Ava, MO.
