BRIAN KEITH STEELE

Brian Keith Steele, 46, of Gainesville, MO departed this life April 14, 2016 at Lexington Hospital, Henderson County, Tennessee. He was born October 13, 1969 at Clarksville, Arkansas to Eugene "Gene" Steele and Bernice (Burton) Steele Link.

Brian was visiting in Tennessee getting ready for a bluegrass show. He loved playing his banjo. Next to music, he always enjoyed fishing, something he learned to love from his dad.

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Gene Steele. He is survived by one daughter, Debra Lynn Steele; his mother Bernice Link and husband James H. Link; three brothers Marty Steele and wife Karen, Monty Steele and wife Shirley, Melvin Steele and wife Sarita; one nephew Adam Steele and wife Candy; two nieces Crystal Roberts and husband Ken and Amanda Steele; one great nephew and three great nieces; two step brothers Donald Link and Randell Link; and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2016 in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Gainesville, MO with Dale Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Lilly Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from Noon to service time. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Lilly Ridge Cemetery. Local arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO. The family would also like to thank Chase Funeral Home, Huntingdon, TN for their arrangements and transportation from Huntingdon, TN to Gainesville, MO.
