BRUCE DALE DURBIN
Bruce Dale Durbin, 58, of Gainesville, MO passed away on September 1, 2016 at his residence. He was born on April 22, 1958 in Mountain View, MO, the son of Darrell and Mable (Chandler) Durbin.
Bruce was a veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Army. Upon leaving the military, Bruce began his career as an auto body technician. He spent the majority of his life doing exactly what he loved, and it showed in his work.
On January 27, 1992 he was united in marriage to Glenda Rivard in Arroyo Grande, CA. Later that same year, the couple moved to Missouri and made their home in Gainesville. Glenda preceded Bruce in death on July 30th of this year.
Bruce is survived by his three step-children: Tina Shaw and Renee Brown both of Gainesville, MO and William Wittkofski of Gassville, AR; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and two siblings.
No local services are planned at this time. Arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
