Carla Ann Maggard

Carla Ann Maggard, 41 years, 10 months, 20 days old, passed on to Heaven on July 8, 2020 at Cox South ER Medical Center in Springfield, MO with her family by her side.

Carla was born August 18, 1978 in Ulysses, KS to Tex Clay and Beverly Ann (Sewell) Metcalf.

On September 26, 2015 Carla and Larry Maggard were united in marriage at Marshfield, MO.

Carla was currently working at Wal-Mart  in Springfield as a Dept. Manager. She was a Christian. Her joy was being with her kids and family!

Carla was preceded in death by her parents, Tex and Beverly Metcalf, her grandparents, Patricia & Frank Sewell,  and her daughter, Emma.

She is survived by her husband, Larry of Rogersville, MO, her two children, Amber and Harley, her sister, Melissa & Joe Hampton, many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and numerous other relatives and many friends.

Memorial services for Carla will be Monday, July 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO. Officiating will be Pastor Roy Hampton. Her wishes were to be cremated. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to the family as a Love offering to care for the children or the established GoFundMe account found under Carla Maggard funeral expenses.
