CAROL SUE RUSSELL
Carol Sue Russell, 70, Kansas City, MO. passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 after years of declining health. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, June 2, 2012, 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with Pastor Oren Alcorn officiating.

Carol was born on June 14, 1941, in Ava, MO. After graduating from Ava High School in 1959 she made her home in Kansas City. Carol was co-owner of 3 beauty salons, worked at VFW, then later became apartment manger for Nutter & Co. Carol was very creative, loved home decorating and she was a wonderful cook. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Lee F. and Lottie Russell and four siblings, her twin sister, Beverly Ann Russell, Lee Max Russell, Robert Neal Russell and Virginia King. Carol is survived by four sisters and a brother, Bette Dean Douglass (Steve), Rolla, MO., Linda Kay Napoliello (Ron), Houston, TX, Sheryl Jo Russell, Lenexa, KS., Samuel John Russell (Judy), Ozark, MO, Lana Lea Logston (David), Independence, MO. Other survivors include two sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
