Carolyn Sue (Medlock) Ousley

Carolyn Sue Ousley, daughter of James A. Medlock and Rheba (Carson) Medlock was born Sept. 6, 1962 in Springfield, MO and departed this life Oct. 21, 2007 at the age of 45 years l months and 15 days.
Carolyn was a resident of Rockaway Beach, MO for the past years moving there from Ava, MO. Carolyn was employed with Brook Care for 9 years. On Nov. 13, 2000 Carolyn and Bruce Ousley were united in marriage at the First General Baptist Church in Ava, MO.
Carolyn loved her nieces and nephews and taking care of her clients. She enjoyed music shows, reading, and her animals.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her father, James A. Medlock and one brother, Jimmy Medlock. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Rheba and Gene Pool, Ava, MO, two half – brothers & their spouses, Roger and Bev Johnson, Bill and Debbie Johnson, all of Ava, MO, her husband, Bruce Ousley, Branson, MO and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services for Carolyn will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, Oct. 25, 2007 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with the Rev. Robert Roberts officiating. Interment will follow in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Wed. 7:00 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Family requests memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
