CHARLENE KAY JONES
Charlene Kay Jones, 69, of Mountain Home, AR passed away on September 23, 2014 at Regency Hospital in Rogers, AR. She was born on September 7, 1945 in Chicago, IL the daughter of Frank and Lois (Monroe) Zanzig.
Charlene was a graduate of Park Forest High School in 1963. She was united in marriage to John Jones on April 24, 1972 in Lakeview, AR. She worked for many years at Baxter Lab in Midway, AR. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. Charlene was a Christian. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Lois Zanzig and her husband John Jones. She is survived by one son Chris Lee of Chesterton, IN; a granddaughter Mya Lee; two sisters Linda Jenson and Joyce McBride; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 26, 2014 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO with Dale Roberts officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Wasola, MO. The family asks for memorial contributions to be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
