Charles Cantwell, born February 20, 1934 to Ota and Vera Cantwell, made his transition to peace on December 3, at the age of 77. Charles married Helen Wallis and to this union was born 5 daughters: Cathy, Marla, Cayla, Melanie and Teresa. Charles was preceded in death by Helen and Cayla, siblings Wayne and Wilene, and parents. Charles is survived by wife Evelyn, 4 daughters, 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. To know Charles Cantwell was to know joy. He touched many lives through his generosity and love. Memorial contributions can be made to the Lion's Club of Ava, Missouri. Friends and family are invited to share in the celebration of Charles' life at the First Southern Baptist Church of Ava at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2011.
