Charles E. "Chuck" Frey
Ava, MO
Charles E. Frey, 57 years, 5 months, and 14 days old, passed to heaven on September 4, 2009 at St. John's Regional Health Center, Springfield, MO as the result of an auto accident.
"Chuck" was born March 20, 1952 in Alma, NE to Vernon and Ruth (Montgomery) Frey. He attended Columbus High and obtained his GED while in the Army.
"Chuck" was employed as a telephone technician for nearly 40 year and Vietnam Vet serving from 1970-1972. Chuck enjoyed fishing local streams in his free time.
"Chuck" was preceded by his parents, Vernon (Slim) Frey and
Ruth Marie Montgomery Frey and a brother Ronald Lee.
"Chuck" is survived by four children Stephanie Jo Thompson of Yorba Linda, CA, Charles (Chuck) E. Jr., Choctaw, OK, Jennifer Jill Cooper, of Yukon, OK, David Lee of Newalla, OK,
two brothers, Richard of Las Vegas, NV, Jerry of Columbus, NE, two sisters Janice Mohnsen of La Vista, NE and Marcia Frey Cass of Macomb, MO, grandchildren, Gene Laurence, John Thomas, Jack Duran Thompson, Aiden and Luke Taylor of CA, Julian, Josiah and Cheyenne Cooper, OK, Blake Marshall and Colby Frey, OK.
