CHERYL LYNN (CAMPBELL) HILL

Cheryl Lynn Hill, 57, of Gainesville, MO passed away on June 11, 2017 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, AR. She was born October 20, 1959 in Miami, FL, daughter of Norman and Roberta (Burdine) Campbell.

Cheryl graduated from Gainesville High School. She proudly served her country in the United States Army from 1977-1980. She earned a degree in criminal justice and was a paralegal for much of her life. She loved scrapbooking and spending time with her grandkids. She was a very loving and devoted mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her two sons Justin Simmons and wife Tara of Gainesville and Michael Foster of Gainesville; two grandchildren Levi and Sara Simmons; two brothers Dale Campbell and wife Vicki of Bull Shoals, AR and Tim Campbell and wife Susan of Gainesville; her step-father Roy Simmons of Theodosia; and lifetime best friend Lisa Sullivan.

She was preceded in death by her mother Roberta Simmons; father Norman Campbell; daughter Mindy Campbell; grandson Justin Allen Simmons; and infant brother Scotty Campbell.

A Memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 at Lilly Ridge General Baptist Church in Gainesville, MO with Dale Roberts officiating. Arrangements are by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
