Christine M. Brusco passed away Palm Sunday, April 13, 2014 at home southwest of Ava, Missouri. By her side was her beloved cat Rusty, her son, Fred Bogart and his wife Marcia.

Just shy of her 96th birthday, "Chris" as she liked to be called was born May 2, 1918 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Nicholas and Adeline Jistarri.

Christine will join her husband Louis Brusco in eternal peace at New St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr, N.J. She is survived by both the Bogart and Hollingsworth families, they consisting of many Grand & Great-grandchildren, all of which solely will miss her and loved her DEARLY!

Christine is not from this part of the country but loved her home , surroundings and all the friendly people she met. Mom was a strong headed woman that had to have things done her way to the very end! She wanted her friends here and in New Jersey to remember her as she was. So, per her wishes, there will be no flowers, services or viewing. For those who would like to express their condolences, please donate to your favorite Cancer Foundation to help find a cure for this deadly disease.
