Clyde A. Morris, 55 years, passed to Heaven on December 19, 2013 in his home.
Clyde was born July 26, 1958 in Modesto, CA to Charles and Peggy Morris.
Clyde and Lesa Kelley were united in marriage on December 14, 2000 in Ava, MO.
Clyde loved to hunt and fish. He loved being around his grandchildren and teaching them about hunting, fishing, and camping. He enjoyed working on projects in his shop, whether building with wood or fabricating out of metal. Clyde was a very handy person and could fix anything, as well as drive heavy equipment. His early years were spent working in his fathers' shop where he learned how to weld and fabricate tools and parts for area farmers.
Clyde was preceded by his parents.
Clyde is survived by his wife, Lesa Morris, of the home, one son, Douglas Morris of Las Vegas NV, and two daughters, Michelle Schroader and husband Rob of Yuma, AZ, and Alison Burton of Mt. Grove MO. Clyde is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Bradley, Michael, and Levi, and one sister, Debra James of Bolivar, MO.
Cremation Services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava. A private memorial service for Clyde will be held by the family at a later date. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
