Coleman Wade Miles, 24, passed away on September 30, 2012 in Ava, MO from an auto accident.
Coleman was born March 7, 1988 in Springfield, MO, to Eulas Wade and Kimberley Cay (Terrell) Miles. He graduated from Ava High School.
Coleman was raised in Ava, MO. He was known to his friends as "Shorty". He had been working as a Carpenter and Construction Worker.
Coleman was surrounded and loved by all of those who had the pleasure of knowing him. He loved his Grandmothers and his brothers. He was an avid hunter and a ladies man and loved his dogs. He also enjoyed fishing, horses, his gun collection and working on cars. Coleman was a hard working man who would give the shirt off his back to help a friend in need. Coleman was often the smallest in the crowd but had the biggest heart. He thought the world of his brothers, family and friends. Family came first and if you were a friend of Coleman's, you were as good as family. If anyone's vehicle had trouble, Coleman would say, "We can fix it," and he always did. Coleman Miles was the definition of a real man and a true friend and will be missed by all who knew him.
Coleman is survived by Father & Step Mother, Eulas Wade & Michelle Miles, Ava, MO, his Mother, Kim Miles, Nixa, MO, two brothers, Caleb Miles, Ava, MO and Colby Miles, Nixa, MO, maternal grandparents, Morris & Alma Terrell, paternal grandparents, Francis Miles, Pauline & Bob Bryant, aunts & uncles, Lorie & Jimmy Taylor, Pam & Haley Taylor, cousin, Brinna Taylor, Tony & Teresa Wood, James & Andrea Christian, Charity Jarrell, Lejean & Billy Rogers, Jared & Joshua, a special friend, Amanda Yellets and a host of other relatives and friends.
Coleman was preceded in death by a great uncle, Billy Dykes and a great aunt, Norma Siggins.
Services for Coleman will be Thursday, October 4, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorials may be made as a love offering in care of the funeral home.
