Colleen Marie McCoy, 50 years, 7 months, and 19 days old, passed away on February 4, 2011 at her home.

Colleen was born June 16, 1960 in Belvidere, IL to Neil and Eileen (Culvey) McCoy.

Colleen was a resident of Mansfield, MO where she worked as a Cook at Rocky Ridge Manor. She had moved from Ava, where she had lived most of her life.
She was a Christian.

Colleen enjoyed camping, fishing, anything outdoors and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Colleen was preceded in death by one daughter, Destany Dawn Dobbs, her grandfather, Merrill Culvey, paternal grandparents Roger and Thelma McCoy and a niece Christy Lynne McCoy.


Colleen is survived by two daughters, Brittany Watterson & husband, Justin, Mansfield, MO, Dusty Wolfenbarger, Mansfield, MO, one son, James McCoy, whom was adopted by her parents, Neil & Eileen McCoy, Ava, MO, five grandchildren, Jessie Slavens, Takoma Dobbs, Sharon and Sarah Wolfenbarger and Leah McCoy, two brothers, Allen McCoy & wife Karen, Ava, MO & James McCoy & wife, Jaime, Atmore, AL, her maternal grandmother, Estalee Culvey, Ava, MO, special friend, Kevin Cornelius, Ava, MO and a host other relatives and friends.



Funeral services for Colleen will be Tuesday, February 8, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral, Ava, MO with burial in the New Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to service time in the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Ray Dobbs and Pastor Mark Hatcher. Memorials may be made to the family as a Love Offering.
