Connie Sue Miller, 59 years, 6 months, 29 days old, passed away on December 29, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield MO with her family
by her side.

Connie was born May 30, 1957 in Ava, MO to Lee and Geneva ( King) Hodges.

Connie and Jack Miller were united in marriage June 6, 1975 at Ava, MO
and to this union one daughter, Sharon was born.


Connie enjoyed gardening and raising flowers, she liked to fish and deer hunt. Mostly she loved spending time at home with her family.

Connie is survived by her parents, Lee and Geneva Hodges, Green Valley, MO, husband, Jack, of the home, daughter, Sharon Bell and husband, Gordon, granddaughter, Sharadon, and step-grandson Chance Smith, all of Ava. Connie is also survived by a brother, Donald Hodges and wife, Claudia, Green Valley, MO, sister-in-law, Reba Nash, and husband, Don, Ava, nephew, Dwayne Nash and wife, Theresa, Ava, niece, Patty Nash-Miller. Colorado Springs, CO, nephew, Dustin Hodges, niece, Morgan Hodges, nephew, James McCoy and wife, Jaime, grand-niece, Leah and special friends, Wanda Rogers and Tina Drake


Funeral services for Connie will be Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava. Visitation will be Friday, December 30th from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.in the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Dobbs cemetery. Officiating will be Pastor Oren Alcorn and James McCoy. Memorials may be made to the family as love offerings.
