DARWIN DEAN LUNA
Darwin Dean Luna, 74, Waynesville, MO, formerly of Gainesville, MO, passed away on November 27, 2009 at the St John's Breech Regional Medical Center in Lebanon, MO. He was born on July 6, 1935 in Tecumseh, MO son of Roy and Bessie (Blacksher) Luna.
Darwin spent most of his life in Ozark County before moving in 1987 to the Richland, MO area to be closer to his twin brother Donald. He was a hard worker, a good son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a kind and gentle man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Darwin is survived by his twin brother Donald Luna of Richland, MO and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Bessie Luna, three sisters, and two brothers.
A Graveside funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 30, 2009 in the Sallee Cemetery near Gainesville, MO with Brother Dale Roberts officiating. Services are under the care and direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
