David William Babish

David William Babish , 39 years, 10 months, and 16 days old, passed away on April 19, 2023 at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

David was born June 3, 1983 in Springfield, Missouri to Jody Stillings.

David was a Christian and attended the Bethany Baptist Church when able.

He enjoyed reading comic books and studying history. He liked music and watching movies and wrote music lyrics for a local band. When he was younger he loved skateboarding.  David loved his cats.

David was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack and Peggy Bohnstedt.

David is survived by his mother, Jody Stillings; two brothers, Frank Babish and Alan Stillings; grandmothers, Janelle Mische and Norma Stillings; many other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life for David will be Saturday, May 6, 2023 from 3:00-5:00 P.M. at Bethany Baptist Church, 302 Valentine Rd., Ava, MO with Pastor Robert Sorensen officiating. Cremation services are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Homes, Inc., Ava, Missouri.
