Dessie Ludwig, 73 years, 4 months, and 13 days old, passed to Heaven on May 18, 2016 at The Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center with her family nearby.
Dessie was born in Douglas County Missouri to Carl and Bonnie (Fitzgerald) Williams.
Dessie enjoyed spending time with her family and running the game room, Sunday afternoon drives in the country and loved tending her flowers.
Dessie was preceded by her parents, and two siblings.
Dessie is survived by her children, Ronald Swearengin, Rodney Swearengin, Robert McKnight & Lucinda, Randy McKnight & April, Rhonda McKnight, Lance Ludwig & Amy, and Lyndon Ludwig, over 18 grand & great-grandchildren, one sister Roberta Davis and many other friends and relatives.
Funeral services for Dessie will be Friday, May 20, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, with burial in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to service time in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family as love offerings.
