Diana Kay Tyson, 50 years, 9 months, 9 days old, passed away on January 5, 2019 at her home in Ava.

Diana was born March 26, 1968 in East St. Louis, Illinois to Billy Marion   and Barbara Jean (Dillard) Tyson.

Diana worked in Ava for many years as a waitress at Sonic.

She loved animals and would take in any stray animal. She also worked in Ava at the Kennel with her companion, Wesley Hill. Diana always had a good outlook on life and was always positive. Her joy was her two grandsons, Ritter and Reilley.

Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Barbara Tyson.

She is survived by her partner of 35 years, Wesley Hill, her daughter, Carrie Hill, Ava, MO, four other children, Arron Hill, Jordan Brown, Beverly Tyson, and Billy Dawn Hill, two grandsons, Ritter and Reilley, three sisters, Jeania Layman, Ellisville, MO, Marian Regina Moore, Florissant, MO, and Jessica Ann Tyson, Belleville, IL, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Cremation services for Diana are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, January 13, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Ava City Park by the pool and all are welcome.
