Diane Bilek, 55, of Theodosia went to sleep in the comfort of her home Sunday, October 8, 2023 after an extended illness and complications thereof. She was born January 12, 1968 in Omaha, Nebraska, but she recently transplanted to the Ozarks.

Diane was an advertising technician with Roberts Nursing during the last four years. Her passion was language, specifically ancient Hebrew. She spent countless hours of study and research learning every minor detail of the language. Her in depth understanding of Hebrew as well as scripture brought her to an intimate relationship with the cornerstone of her faith, YHWH-her Heavenly Father and creator of all. Diane lived a life of caring, encouraging & integrity. She will be deeply missed and dearly remembered.

She is survived by her husband Rick Kowis; daughters Jessica Ryks, Pamela Points, and Laura Bilek; son George Bilek; and 11 grandchildren.

There will be no funeral services. Diane will be laid to rest on her own property. Arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
