DON HARDEN

Don Harden, 83, of Gainesville, MO passed away August 26, 2020 at Gainesville Healthcare Center. He was born September 7, 1936 in Hardenville, MO to Herbert and Sadie Harden.

Don was a life-time resident of Ozark County. He will be best remembered as a hard working, mild mannered man who never met a stranger and never made an enemy. He worked various jobs over his life and made many friends. He spent most of his life as a farmer. He was a wonderful father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his four children, Donnetta Parish, Donnie Harden and wife Cheryl, John Harden and friend Savannah Ingram, and Ron Harden and friend Gina Herd; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; one brother George Harden; one sister Judy Smart and husband Gene.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one great grandchild; and two sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 28, 2020 in the Lilly Ridge Cemetery with Dale Roberts officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to help with funeral expenses. Arrangements are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville, MO.
