Donald Joseph Ohr, 81 years passed away on July 19, 2011 at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare, Ava, MO.
Don was born February 6, 1930 in St. Paul, MN to Joseph and Margaret (Von de Linde) Ohr.
Don was a retired entrepanuer. He at one time owned and operated the town of Hope, Alaska. He also had worked as a mechanic, owned and operated a wrecker service and a restaurant. He loved fishing, hunting, traveling and especially cooking. He enjoyed visiting with people at Wal Mart in Ava. Don was veteran and served his country.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
Don is survived by longtime caregivers and friends, Mike and Linda Wilson, Ava, MO.
Cremation services for Don are being conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO.
