Donna Kay Cope

Donna Kay Cope, 77 years, 9 months, 18 days old, passed away on August 8, 2025, at her home in Willard, Missouri, with her husband by her side.

On October 20, 1947, Donna was born in Wright County, Missouri, to Don and Nona (Giffin) Cope.

She was raised in Douglas County, Missouri and graduated from Ava High School.

She was employed as a Certified Nurses Assistant with home healthcare.

On September 14, 1996, Donna and Frank Raichel were united in marriage at Brighton, Missouri, in her father's home. Frank and Donna worked together as healthcare providers for several years. Donna's heart was in serving and helping people.

Donna enjoyed playing cards, traveling, and reading her Bible. Donna was a Christian and faithfully studied the word of her Lord.  Her whole life was in giving to people and that brought her joy.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Randall Cope.

She is survived by her husband, Frank; her son, Eric Williams; nieces, cousins, and extended family and friends.

Graveside services for Donna will be Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Prairie Hollow Cemetery, Douglas County, Missouri. (off of Old Hwy. 5) Officiating will be by her family.
