Dorothy M. Bock, 87 years, 7 months, and 0 days old, passed to Heaven on January 29, 2014 at the Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center.
Dorothy was born June 29, 1926 in St. Louis, MO to Louis and Alice (Boozie) Macha. Dorothy and Harold Bock enjoyed a 67 year marriage and to this union two children were born.
Dorothy was a homemaker. She enjoyed bingo and scratch off tickets and took great pleasure in visiting the riverboats in St. Louis to gamble.
Dorothy was preceded by her parents, her husband, Harold in 2013, a grandson, Shane, and a brother, Louis.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Mike Bock and Charlotte, Ava, MO, daughter Christine Hipes and Bobby, Hemetite, MO, six grandchildren, eight grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial services for Dorothy will be Saturday, February 1st, at 2:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava. Officiating will be Chaplain Jeff Smith . Memorials may be made to Neighbor Helping Neighbor. Cremation services conducted by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home.
