Earl M. Wall the son of Fred Wall and Lillian Olsen Wall was born July 9, 1919 in Emerald, WI and departed this life Oct. 12, 2009 at the age of 90 years 3 months and 3 days.

June 28, 1947 Earl and Loretta V. Laske were united in marriage in Chicago, IL. To this union four children were born.

Earl served his country during WWII, with the U. S. Navy. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion. Earl was employed in quality control with Rawlings Sporting Goods until his retirement, he later enjoyed traveling with Mrs. Jackson, going to his Navy reunions and playing with his grandchildren.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Loretta in 1981, two infant children, four brothers, one sister, and a special friend D. Jackson. His survivors include one daughter, Sherry Ross, Springfield, MO, one son, Earl J. Wall and friend, Penney, Brookline, MO, four grandchildren, Brian and Rhonda Ross, Stephanie Ross, Jonathan Ross and friend, Deana, Ashley Wall and friend, Robert, eleven great grandchildren, one brother, Kenneth and Marge Wall, Iola, WI, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be Friday, Oct. 16, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, with the Rev. Oren Alcorn officiating. Interment will follow in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday 7 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
