Edwin "Smokey" Warren Riley

Edwin Warren Riley, 76 years, 8 months, 30 days old, passed to his Heavenly home on November 2, 2016 at his home with his family and friends by his side.
Smokey was born February 3, 1940 in Culver City, CA to Edwin Bruce Riley and Bonnie Margaret Ward Riley.
Smokey was a retired Mechanic. He had worked for many years in Texas and in Colorado with his brother, Gary.
Smokey was a Christian and was a member of the Church of the Living God in Ava. He enjoyed being in the outdoors. His hobbies were fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. Smokey loved to visit with people about his faith in the Lord!
Smokey was preceded in death by his parents, two children, Sandy Tandy and Travis Query, and one brother, Jerry "Dusty" Riley.
Smokey is survived by one daughter, Rose Stratford, Knoxville, TN, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two brothers, Gary Riley, Montrose, CO and Timothy Riley, Douglas County, MO, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services for Smokey will be Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO. Burial of his cremains will be at a later date in the Brushyknob Cemetery near his family. Officiating will be Pastor Harold Dennis and Pastor Lonnie Cook.
