ELLA DEAN LEWIS

Ella Dean Lewis, 62, of Tecumseh, MO passed away on June 30, 2013 at her residence. She was born on May 1, 1951 in Gainesville, MO to Ola Ray Allen.

Ella was a lifelong resident of Gainesville and a graduate of Gainesville High School. She worked for many years as a beautician. She loved being outdoors working in her garden and tending to her flowers. She also had a special love for animals. She had several dogs that were a huge part of her life. Ella loved her family very much and enjoyed the time spent with her kids and grandchildren.

Ella was preceded in death by her mother, Ola Ray and one sister. She is survived by her two children William Landsdown and wife Teresa of Gainesville, MO, Michelle Landsdown of Tecumseh, MO; five grandchildren Andrew Walrath, Paige Walrath, Jagger Campbell and wife Holly, Kneesie Campbell, Nyla Landsdown; one great grandchild, Zachary Campbell; one half brother; and one half sister.

Funeral services for Ella will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 5, 2013 in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel in Gainesville, MO with Jimmy Kyle officiating. Burial will be in the Ball Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday morning from 10 a.m. to service time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family as a Love Offering.
