ELLA MARY (COWIN) NAVE

Ella Mary (Cowin) Nave passed away Thursday morning, February 1, 2007 at Medical Lodge Post Acute Care Center in Kansas City, Kansas. She was 83 years, 11 months, and 9 days old. Ella was born in Ocie, Missouri to John Alvin Cowin and Nancy "Addie" (Thornton) Cowin. On August 9, 1947 Ella and Joe Rex Nave were married in Lutie, Missouri. A member of the Salem General Baptist Church, Ella is survived by her Daughter Marsha Tribble and husband John of Kansas City, Kansas, and one sister Sophrona Taber of Theodosia, Missouri. Ella is preceded in death by her parents John and Addie Cowin, one daughter Carol Nave, and one granddaughter Susan Tribble. Also preceded in death by her 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Funeral Services were Monday, February 5, 2007 at Clinkingbeard Funeral Home in Gainesville, Missouri with E.J. Hampton officiating. Burial followed at Pontiac Cemetery.
