Ellis Don Pollard

Ava, Missouri

Ellis Don Pollard, 78 years, 4 months, 10 days old, passed away on November 30, 2019 at Autumn Oaks Caring Center with family by his side.

Ellis was born July 20, 1941 in Long Run, Mo to Clarence and Hilda (Knight) Pollard.

Ellis worked at Fasco for 20 years.

Ellis and Glenda were united in marriage in Ava, Mo.

Ellis enjoyed playing billiards.  He like hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.

Ellis was preceded in death by his wife Glenda, one son, Wesley Pollard,  one brother, Henry Pollard and one granddaughter, Kimberly Pollard.

Ellis is survived by two sons, Jesse Pollard and Kirk Pollard, one daughter, Kris Greene, six grandchildren, Jamie Pollard, Scott Pollard, Carson Pollard, Jhase Pollard, Tori Davis, and Steven Greene, two sisters, Barbara Moore and Brenda Wilson, one brother, Rick Pollard and a host of other relatives  and friends.

A Graveside Funeral service for Ellis will be Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the Goodhope Cemetery with burial to follow.  Visitation will be Tuesday, December 3, 2019 from 7-8:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, Mo.  Memorials may be made to the family as a love offering.
