Emma Irene Campbell, 90 years, 5 months, and 19 days old, passed to heaven on June 17, 2016 at Ava Place with her son, Jerry by her side.

Irene was born December 29, 1925 in Albany, Oregon to Fred and Doris (Wolf) Hartt.

Irene was a resident of the Squires community for many years. She was a homemaker.

On October 25, 1943 Irene and Earl Walter Campbell were united in marriage in Albany, OR and to this union four children were born.

She was a member of the Murray Church. She attended there for many years until she was unable. Irene enjoyed gardening and being with her family.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Earl Walter in 1995, an infant son, Larry Wayne, four siblings, Fred, Francis, Arthur, and Louella.

Irene is survived by three children; Jerry Campbell, Squires, MO, Mable McMurren, Wrangell, Alaska and Kitty Carol Sumpter, Arizona, eight grandchildren, several great grandchildren, many great great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Irene will be Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Chapel, Ava, MO with burial in the Murray Cemetery, Squires, MO. Officiating will be Chaplain Jeff Smith. Memorials may be made to Murray Cemetery.
