Eula Yvonne Campbell, 94 years, 2 months, and 19 days old, passed to Heaven on December 8, 2015 at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare, Ava, MO.

Eula was born September 20, 1921 in Ava, MO to Enoch and Anna (Gunnels) Davis. She was the oldest of six children. She graduated from Ava High School.

On September 20, 1941 Eula and Lawrence Hartin Campbell were united in marriage in Ozark, MO.They moved to St. Louis where Lawrence was employed by the Missouri State Employment Office. During the war, Eula worked at the St. Louis Arsenal assemblying .30 caliber ammunition. After the war they moved to West Plains, MO and she worked at the shoe factory. In 1953 they adopted their son, Dal. Eula left the shoe factory and devoted her time to raising their son and being active in the church. When Lawrence passed away, Eula moved back to Ava to be near her family. She loved gardening and decorating her home for Christmas. She always took pride in her beautiful yard until her health prevented her from being outside working.

She was a Christian and had attended the Ava United Methodist Church.

Eula was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lawrence, a brother Dean Davis, a sister-in-law, Edna Mae Davis and two brothers-in-laws, Beach Campbell and Damon Guthery.

Eula is survived by one son and wife, Dal & Gayla Campbell, Bucyrus, MO, one granddaughter, April Dawn Richardson, Moulton, AL, two great grandchildren, Damion & Doney, two brothers and their spouses, Clifton & Grace Davis and Bill & Darlene Davis and two sisters and their spouses, Maxine & Norman Rosseau and Glenda & Guy Scott all of Ava, MO and a sister-in-law, Jean Campbell, West Plains, MO,
many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Eula will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with burial in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to service time in the funeral home. Officiating will be Chaplain Jeff Smith. Memorials may be made to Three Rivers Hospice, P.O.
