Frank Dean Rosseau

Ash Grove, Missouri

Frank Dean Rosseau, 72 years, 4 months, 8 days old, passed away on November 10, 2023 at his home in Ash Grove, Missouri.

Frank was born July 2, 1951 in Woodlake, California to Delmar and Nellie (Blakey) Rosseau.   As a child, he attended Plainview School before moving to Ava.  While a student, he worked at Western Auto, and in 1969 he graduated from Ava High School.

On July 29, 1977, Frank and Velma Gaw were united in marriage.

He worked at Rawlings and the Ava Locker Plant before moving to Springfield. While living in Springfiel he worked for Springfield Meats for several years before going to work for the Springfield News Leader until he retired.  He enjoyed fishing, going to yard sales, and flea markets. Frank loved his dog Bob and called him man's best friend.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents.

Frank is survived by his wife Velma; sister Betty Lague and husband Michael of Hollister, sister Beth Stafford and husband Cliff of Ava, Margaret Rosseau his step mother of Ava, and last but not least his dog Bob, who was a comfort to the end, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Frank accepted Jesus as his savior in his teens, he lived a happy and full life

Graveside services for Frank will be Tuesday, November 14, 2023 at Springcreek Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Springcreek cemetery.  Officiating will be Chaplin Jeff Johnson. Memorials may be made to Springcreek Cemetery .
