Frank B. Snelson Jr. the son of Frank B. Snelson Sr. and Hazel Olive (Pruitt) Snelson was born Oct. 11, 1950 in Wasola, Missouri and departed this life Aug. 10, 2006 at the age of 55 years 9 months and 29 days.

Junior was a lifelong resident of Wasola, Missouri. On Feb. 27, 1970 Junior and Pamela Kay Camden were united in marriage in Wasola, Missouri. Junior and Pamela were blessed with three children.

Junior was a member of Oak Grove General Baptist Church. He loved being with his family and he enjoyed hunting and going fishing and being on the family homestead, which has been in the family over 100 years. Junior was a dairy and beef farmer for over 30 years.

Junior was preceded in death by his parents. His survivors include his wife, Pamela, two sons, John Snelson, Wasola, MO, Jason Snelson and wife, Heather, Ava, MO, one daughter, Julie Snelson, Wasola, MO, four grandchildren, ReAunna, Johnathon, Sydney and Brandt, four sisters, Charlotte Jones, Searcy AR, Beverly Bushong, Bartlesville, OK, Pat Squibb, League City, TX, Jennifer Kindley, Bartlesville, OK and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, Aug. 14, 2006 in the Oak Grove General Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Roberts and Rev. Ron Felker officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 4 to 6 P.M. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO. Memorials may be made to an Education Fund for the daughter, Julie.
