Mr. Searcy died September 15, 2013 at Heart of the Ozarks Healthcare Center in Ava, MO. He was born July 17, 1951 in Artesia, California to Jack and Delphine (Bruntz) Searcy.
Fredrick and Doris (Long) Robertson were married February 14, 1993. He had two stepsons and one step-grandaughter.
Fredrick enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Delphine, and one sister, Phyllis.
He is survived by his wife Doris; two stepsons, Greg Friend and his wife Pat of St. Louis; Leslie Yearwood of Ava; a step-grandaughter, Bobbie Jo Dever and husband, Matthias of Springfield; a brother, Alvin Searcy of Gainesville, a sister, Martha Lang and husband Larry of Illinois; an aunt, Laura Glynn of Springfield.
His request was no service and cremation done by Clinkingbeard Funeral Home Ava, MO.
