Freida Mae Rowe, 61 years, passed to heaven on July 25, 2011 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, MO.

Freida was born April 27, 1950 in Oklahoma City, OK to Orbin and Emily (Britton) Caudill.

Freida was a resident of the Ava community. She was a homemaker and had also worked as a Certified Nurses Aid. In 1965 Freida and Bill Rowe were united in marriage in Ava, MO and to this union four children were born.

Freida was a member of the Highway Church of the Nazarene in Ava, MO. She enjoyed fishing, and most of all spending time with her grandchildren.

Freida was preceded by her parents, a daughter, Sheila, a brother & wife, Marvin and Mary Caudill, two sisters, Beulah and Ester.


Freida is survived by three children, husband, Bill Rowe, Ava, MO, three children, Rebecca Rowe, Billie Joe Rowe and Dena Roxann Rowe all of Ava, MO, three grandchildren, six brothers and sisters, Virgil Caudill, Ava, MO, Kenneth & Sue Caudill and Glenn & Pattie Caudill all of Wasola, MO, Leon & Trish Caudill, Warsaw, MO, Delmar Caudill, Ava, MO and Louise Rippee, Rockaway Beach, MO and many other relatives and friends.


Funeral services for Freida will be Thursday, July 28, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Ava, MO with burial in the Ava Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 27, 2011 from Wed. 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Officiating will be Brother Darrell Gunter.
